Ed Cohen, a strategic leader with more than 25 years' experience in corporate learning and organization development, is Senior Vice President for Satyam School of Leadership, Satyam Computer Services in Hyderabad, India. He is an international speaker on leadership and learning strategies, and a contributing author to 'Next Generation Corporate Universities', published by Pfieffer Publishing, a division John Wiley and Sons, Inc. He has also written numerous articles on strategic learning and leadership.

Ed's background includes eight years with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy and management consulting firm.

He was founder and strategic leader of what became one of the world's most widely recognized corporate universities. During Ed Cohen's tenure, Booz Allen received more than 30 "Excellence in Practice" recognitions from American Society for Training & Development.

Ed Cohen earned a Master of Science in Education from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. He lives in India with his wife and daughter.

Dr. Mukesh Aghi is the first Chief Executive Officer of U21Global, where he combines his considerable leadership skills with a strong entrepreneurial orientation. Mukesh joined U21Global after successfully establishing and leading sales for technology group Ariba Corporation in the Asia Pacific region. His leadership experience includes managing strategic outsourcing for IBM out of Singapore, and serving as President of IBM, India where he tripled annual revenues. Prior experience includes JD Edwards in Japan, Dynamic Applications, and working as a senior fellow in the US House of Representatives.

Dr Aghi has a PhD in International Relations from the Claremont Graduate School and an MBA in International Marketing from Andrews University. He received his bachelor s degree from Middle East College in Beirut, Lebanon, where he graduated in Phi Beta Kappa. He was recognized as an Esquire magazine "Young Leader of Tomorrow" in 1984, and is a recipient of the Star of India and Asian Leader awards.

Ramalinga Raju (Raju) has been described by various media and various eminent people as a visionary, a global business leader, and a thinker. Raju uses his own simple yet extensive management model for value creation (network of value-creating entities), which creates and promotes leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, customer orientation and the pursuit of excellence. Raju received an MBA degree from Ohio University and is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Raju continuously contributes to policy formulation in India. He is the Chairman of NASSCOM, 2007, member of the National Executive Councils of CII and FICCI, and member of the International Advisory Panel of Malaysia s Multimedia Super-Corridor. Raju also serves on the boards of several educational and research and not-for-profit institutions some of which include Harvard Business School (Regional Advisory Board), Indian School of Business, Administrative Staff College of India.

Ramalinga Raju has given shape to his social vision of aiding greater social equity and providing opportunities to the under-privileged by setting up three institutions. Satyam Foundation, providing urban transformation, Byrraju Foundation providing rural transformation and Emergency Management & Research Institute (EMRI) providing Emergency Response Services across India in line with and on standards of similar services (911), as in the USA.

V Shankar is Global Head Corporate Finance at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) with overall responsibility for advisory, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance and principal investments. Based in Singapore, he also serves as Chairman of the Private Bank. Prior to joining SCB in September 2001, Shankar was with Bank of America for 19 years where his last position was Managing Director head of Asia-Pacific Investment Banking and Chief Executive Officer of BA Asia Limited based in Hong Kong.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets across Asia and the USA. Shankar completed his Master s in Business Administration at the IIM, Bangalore and a Bachelor s degree majoring in Physics at the Loyola College, Chennai.

Dr. Shrader is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. An active participant in public forums, Dr Shrader has spoken at major international conferences and graduate business schools in the United States and Europe including those sponsored by the World Economic Forum and Aspen Institute. His perspective is regularly sought by major news media outlets around the globe. Dr. Shrader has served in leadership roles in, and been honored with prestigious awards from a number of professional and charitable organizations including the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), The Neediest Kids charity, which helpsschool-age children; Abilities Inc., an organization dedicated to improving career opportunities for individuals with disabilities and Service Source, the largest community rehabilitative program in Virginia, in the United States.

Before he joined Booz Allen, Dr. Shrader held senior technical positions with Western Union and RCA. Dr. Shrader received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and his M.S. and PhD degrees in electrical engineering, with minors in mathematics and nuclear physics from the University of Illinois.

Geoff Taylor is the Director of Risk Management for Nike Europe, Middle East & Africa and has overall regional responsibility for the Environment, Safety and Health, Security, Business Continuity, Risk Financing and Incident Management Teams based in Hilversum, The Netherlands. Geoff is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management and is currently Chairman of AIRMIC (The association of Risk & Insurance Managers in the UK). He serves on the Steering Committee of the Conference Board's European Strategic Risk Council, and is on the British Standards Institution Committee discussing the creation of a UK Risk Management Standard. He is a notable speaker at conferences has presented many papers covering a broad range of risk management subjects including on Integrating Risk Management Culture, Risk Assessment for non-financial risk and business continuity and corporate governance.
