Priscilla Nelson
CEO & President
Priscilla Nelson is CEO of Nelson Cohen Global Consulting providing strategic consulting in learning, organization development and executive coaching for the C-Suite. Her experience in human resources, diversity, organization development, and executive coaching spans three decades. Her global work includes notable organizations: Satyam, Emergent Biosolutions, Glaxo SmithKline, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, IBM, Guilford Pharmaceuticals, AT & T, Rollins College, Titan Corporation and the U.S. Government. Priscilla is an inspiring speaker who has led sessions and keynotes across the United States, Asia, and Europe. While living in India, she was recognized by India Women in Leadership with the 2008 Women’s Choice Award for outstanding leadership and she received the 2007 IT People Award for global diversity.
Priscilla holds a M.A. in Counseling from University of South Florida, an M.S. in Human Resources from University of Utah, and a B.S. in Psychology from University of Utah. She is also an ISPI Certified Performance Technologist and an active member of ASTD and the International Coach Federation.
Ed Cohen
Executive Vice President
Ed Cohen is Executive Vice President at Nelson Cohen Global Consulting, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to global companies. He has worked in more than 40 countries with organizations including Booz Allen Hamilton, Satyam, Seer Technologies, National Australia Bank, Larson & Toubro, Farmers Insurance Group, Banco Banesto, and the World Economic Forum. Ed is the only Chief Learning Officer to lead two companies to ASTD BEST Award #1 ranking; Booz Allen Hamilton and Satyam Computer Services (only company outside United States to achieve this). He is the author of Leadership Without Borders published John Wiley & Sons which received multiple international accolades.
Integrity, trust, relationships, leadership brand plans and global leadership are a few of the interesting and engaging areas where Ed Cohen speaks. From China to Chicago, from Australia to Amsterdam, Ed has been a featured speaker in more than 40 different countries around the world.
From 2005 to 2009 Ed lived in India working as Senior Vice President for Mahindra Satyam, a global, technology professional services. Under Ed’s leadership, they became the first and only company outside the U.S. to attain the # 1 ranking by American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). Prior to Satyam, Ed Cohen was eight years with Booz Allen Hamilton. Under Ed’s leadership, they achieved the # 1 ranking on both Training Magazine’s Top 125 list and ASTD’s global list. Booz Allen also received more than 30 Excellence in Practice recognitions from ASTD (American Society for Training & Development).
Ed Cohen earned a M.S. in education from Nova Southeastern University and a B.A. in accounting from the University of Florida. |
