Lisa and I met in 1996, when we worked at Seer Technologies in North Carolina. She and I became friends and she taught me the value of motivating people through creative rewards and the extreme value of a simple “thank you”. Lisa Earnhardt works in the United States, which is also her country of citizenship. She has held leadership positions for more than 20 years. Lisa has visited 10 countries in the past two years. Until recently, Lisa was Director of Human Resources Latin America for Royal & SunAlliance. Now, she is on sabbatical doing pro bono work for non-profit organizations. She speaks fluently- English and Portuguese. Lisa has lived and worked in Brazil and the United States.
